... of all time! I'm sure this has been discussed before but I didn't see anything recent and I'm kind of new, so...
what's your favorite Whose line episode, both UK and US, of all time, and why?
I actually don't know myself yet, I'll have to ponder it for a while!

I'm not done with all the seasons, but the one with the Meow's (5x20) was really funny.
Also the one with Richard Simmons was just too funny and the 100th show. _________________ Remember when there was only 3K of members?

the richard simmons one will always be close to the top for me, but I think b/c it's what reintroduced me to whose line! It has sentimental value... b/c I'm that much of a nerd!! _________________ "We all have a dinosaur deep within us just trying to get out."

well Season 1ep1 is actually high on my list because like psycho. it was the first ep i ever downloaded together with the best of .. and an episode with kathy griffin (where she suddenly says in SFAH: I'm here with my good friend mister rogers)
but i can't say that one specific ep is my favorite. because every ep has it's good things and bad things. _________________

Off the top of my head, 4x01 and 5x07 from the UK version. The first one has 3 or 4 games that I loved, namely Courtroom Scene, Emotion Option, Helping Hands and Film and Theatre Styles. Tony was brilliant and so were Jim and Steve - he had such a great line in Old Job New Job, about the patient being in the sink...Jim lost it, and it was glorious. Helping Hands was so incredibly silly, with the whole gun-as-a-moustache thing, I still think it was one of the best playings of that game. Then we have 5x07, in which every single game is fantastic. Not just good...fantastic. It has one of my favorite playings of Film and Theatre Styles, featuring Mike and Tony; the El Dorado references (possibly the first running gag in WL) are great; Jim & Steve have a lot of great moments, particularly in Scene to Music and Party Quirks (Jim was in love with carpets and Steve was Beethoven), where they completely stole the show; but the icing on the cake is the Bartender game - not only were the songs funny, but Tony and Mike were terribly convincing.

5x7 of the UK version is more than likely my favorite. Great cast, every game was funny and memorable, and truly, it was the high point of the early series.
As for the US show, I don't seem to have seen many complete episodes. I should. I do remember one show with Jeff Davis being especially good. Oh! But the show where Ryan and Colin make fun of each other endlessly in Two-Line Vocabulary and Improbable Mission was good too.

Do you mean when Colin says "I tell you what you look like! A stick with a big nose" in Two-Line Vocabulary and says "For God's sake keep you Head up! You nose is slowing us down!" when he is skiing on Ryan in Improbable mission? Oh, which episode was that? _________________ "Smoke dope."

I haven't had much luck in seeing full episodes yet, but I do have a few favourite sketches, such as one of the SFX ones involving Cops and Ducks XD

Personally I prefer the SFX and Moving People sketches, it was halarious to try and see audience members do it right.
Colin: I will now, take, the gun, out of my nose!

I think one of the best episodes that I saw recently has got to be the ticker episode. Captian hair was a great one too! _________________ "We all have a dinosaur deep within us just trying to get out."

It's from the UK whoseline series6 episode 4. I the episode Ryan is wearing a bright yellow and orange shirt. Everyone makes fun of his shirt in the episode with Mike calling him the "Neon Love Chicken" . _________________ "He was really repetitive so I shot him"
